Jamison Design Works collects only the information you choose to provide when requesting a quote or contacting us.
Information we collect
This may include your name, email address, phone number, company, project requirements, budget, timeline, notes, and links to project files.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate your request, prepare or discuss a quote, communicate with you, and provide requested services. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
Website inquiries are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our business email. The site is hosted by GitHub Pages, and domain and email-routing services are provided by Cloudflare. A file link you submit may also be processed by the storage provider you selected, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, and recordkeeping purposes. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card data, export-controlled information, or highly confidential files through the general quote form. Contact us first if your project requires an NDA or special handling.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information associated with an inquiry, subject to any information we must retain for legal or business-record purposes.
